PLAYBOY is to stop publishing pictures of naked women after 62 years, due to the rise of internet porn.
The popular magazine – famed for its bunny girls – has seen dozens of famous figures pose nude for it including Kate Moss, Pamela Anderson and Kim Kardashian.

But Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, 89, has decided to axe printing nude pictures from next year.
The company’s chief executive Scott Flanders said: “You’re now one click away from every sex act imaginable for free. And so it’s just passe at this juncture.

“Don’t get me wrong. Twelve-year-old me is very disappointed in current me. But it’s the right thing to do.”
Playboy was launched by Hefner in 1953 with Marilyn Monroe its first featured pin-up.

Some of its other famous cover stars include Madonna, Kelly Brook, Dolly Parton and Page 3 legend Keeley Hazel.
Playboy’s rebrand will also include a woman writer’s sex column, art and more reviews of beer, wine and other drinks.

The American edition of the magazine operates at a loss but its global copies still bring in huge profits.
Hefner is married to 29-year-old blonde model Crystal Harris after divorcing Kimberley Conrad, 59, in 2010.
