“She was arguing with herself.”
“I heard the thump when I was on the phone with 911. And I gasped, ‘Oh my God.’ ”

Police found the baby unresponsive lying on the pavement at around 2pm.

She was transported to St. Barnabas Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said.

Tenisha was taken into custody but has not been charged, said Detective Brian Sessa, spokesman for the New York Police Department.

The tragic child’s three siblings — a boy, 10, and two girls, 8 and 4 — were placed with New York City’s child welfare agency.

It comes just weeks after a newborn baby girl was tossed from the seventh-story window of a another Bronx building. Her mother was arrested for murder.

A month earlier, a month-old boy was thrown out a fourth-floor window of a Queens apartment building and his mother was arrested.
