Michael Ugwu Visits MTN Project Fame Academy [Day 45]

On Monday 14th September Michael Ugwu, the General Manager for Sony Music Entertainment West Africa stopped by the Academy to deliver a master class on how to penetrate the local, regional and international music industry. The excited contestants listened attentively to glean from all he had to say. They also asked him some pertinent questions which he promptly answered.

Speaking from experience, he highlighted the following traits as key attributes an upcoming artiste must possess to achieve success;
· Be likable & have a great personality
· Possess an enduring humble attitude
· Be ambitious enough to attract investors
· Have the requisite talent to work with other creative talents
He also took them through other vital things they have to look out for before signing record deals with prospective record labels.
