Heritage Plus partner with Orange Magazine to host Garden city Advancement Award 2016

The Hotel Presidential in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, was the venue of the Garden City Advancement Award on October 22, 2016; an annual event which focuses on recognizing achievers, innovators and community builders in the state and region.

This year’s installment (the third) was organized by Mr. Robinson Koyoyo of Heritage Plus in conjunction with Orange Magazine whose publisher is Loveth Ogedegbe, thus drawing a wider scope and audience from different sectors of the economy.

Guest speakers of the day were the distinguished (HRH) Prof. Dagogo M. J. Fubara and Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs among others.


On an evening of honours such as this, the guest list paraded royals, entrepreneurs, dignitaries and industrialists who arrived in convoys with associates and retinues of staff. The Blue carpet came alive just  around twilight when the guests, hosts and organizers filed out in their resplendent and gorgeous apparels making it a feast for paparazzi.



Notable among the cosmopolitan guests and honorees were Chief Joseph Tubodei Penawou Country Chairman of Daewoo Nigeria Limited in company of Hon Austine Opara Who grabbed the Major Award for the night as the "Garden City Man of the Year "

 Chief Mario El Fadi MD/CEO Asphalt unity Construction Limited also collected two Major awards namely "Garden City most Outstanding CEO of the year and Company Of the year award.


 Engr. Benson Adano MD/CEO Adano Engineering cliche the award for Best indigenous Company for the year.


 Godwin Obla (SAN) represented by Barr. Kemka Elenwo Collected the Award for Most celebrated professional (Legal Luminary).


Chief Nabil Saleh MD M.Saleh & Co.Ltd got the Award for "Enterprising
 personality of the year".

Engr. Chris Agara MD/CEO Titan Nigeria Limited received the Award for Creativity and Excellent Innovations.

Loveth ogedegebe the Publisher/CEO Orange Magazine received the Award for Creativity and Enterprise.


Also present was Hon. (Mrs.) Tonye Briggs (the Rivers State Commissioner for Culture & Tourism).

On hand to spice the evening were several performers while guests were treated to a sumptuous banquet and choice beverages to their fill.
